Good product, minor shipping delay

I ordered a set of Fluoride Removal Filters and a Portable Water Filter for an upcoming trip. The website was easy to navigate, and checkout was smooth. The filters arrived, but it took 9 days, which was longer than the estimated 5-7 business days. The portable filter is compact and seems well-made, and the fluoride filters fit my existing system perfectly. Water tastes cleaner already. While the quality and value are good, I wish the shipping had been a little faster, or at least the estimate more accurate.

Decent filter, slow shipping

I bought the Under Sink Water Filtration system. The installation was straightforward, and the water tastes much better now. The website was easy to navigate. However, shipping to my home in Oregon took a bit longer than I expected, around 8 days. Customer service responded quickly when I asked about the delay, which was helpful. Good product, but they could improve on delivery times.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third time ordering from eWater, this time I bought the Sodalite EP2 Plus. I've previously gotten replacement filters for my Countertop Water Filter and an Air Purification System. Each time, the products have arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. The Sodalite EP2 Plus feels sturdy and looks nice, similar to the EP2 Plus I had before. Shipping is always reliable, usually taking about 5-7 business days to get to me in California. I keep coming back because their products consistently deliver what they promise. Only minor thing was tracking updated a bit late this last time.

Amber Shield works well

Got an Amber Shield. Came fast. Easy to wear. Felt a slight difference in focus. Good price. Will buy from here again when I need another item.

Love my new HEPA Purifier!

Wow, I just got the HEPA Air Purifier and it's fantastic! The air in my apartment feels so much fresher already. It was super easy to set up, practically plug and play. I noticed a difference in just a few hours. The unit itself is really quiet too, which is a huge plus. Definitely going to recommend eWater to my family. The only little thing is the power cord felt a tiny bit short for my setup, but I made it work!

Detailed feedback on my order

I ordered a Whole House Water Filter and some Fluoride Removal Filters. The ordering process on the site was smooth, and I received an email confirmation right away. The large box arrived via freight carrier 10 days later; the driver was courteous. Installation was manageable for someone handy, though the instructions could have used a few more diagrams for clarity. The filter performs as advertised; I noticed a difference in water quality for showering and drinking. I had a question about the filter replacement schedule, and support replied within 24 hours. Good quality items, but a faster shipping option for larger systems would be a plus.

Good value, easy purchase

I was looking for a good water filter and found eWater. The prices were competitive, especially with the first order discount I found. Got a Countertop Water Filter and it works well. Shipping took about a week, which was okay. Felt like I got a good deal overall.

Good system, slow support

I purchased the Whole House Water Filter system back in March. The ordering process online was straightforward, and it shipped within 2 days, arriving in about a week to upstate New York. Installation was simple enough for my plumber. The water quality has definitely improved; less chlorine smell and it feels softer. I had a question about filter replacement frequency and emailed support, but it took almost 4 days to get a response, which was a bit long. Overall, happy with the product's performance but customer service could be quicker.
